Please take a moment to carefully review our Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure clarity and transparency before moving forward.
Refund Policy
Once a campaign has officially started, no refunds will be issued. A campaign is considered active the moment you receive a confirmation email from us stating that your campaign has launched. At that point, all ad placements, platform activations, and distribution are already in motion and cannot be reversed or paused.
Please double-check that all submitted information, particularly your Spotify track URLs, is accurate at the time of booking. This includes the correct links for singles (whether new, upcoming, or previously released), EPs, or albums. Because we cannot reverse the process once it begins, any errors in submission may impact your campaign’s success and cannot be corrected retroactively.
If your campaign was booked directly through our website, it will automatically begin within 48 hours of purchase. If you reach out to us within 24 hours of your purchase, you will be eligible for a full refund, provided the campaign has not yet started. Requests received after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund, as campaign operations will already be underway.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel a campaign. Below is our official cancellation policy:
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase (and before campaign launch) are eligible for a full refund or full credit toward a future campaign.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled campaign launch are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the total campaign cost. For example, if your campaign cost $500, the cancellation fee would be $150. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.
Please note that no cancellations or refunds will be honored once the campaign has begun.
We strongly encourage all clients to be confident in their campaign details— especially when it comes to selecting which track to promote.
