General Client Guidelines

The Anchored Agency

At The Anchored Agency, we believe great music deserves great support — and great partnerships are built on mutual respect, open communication, and shared accountability. These General Guidelines outline how we work with our clients to ensure every campaign runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.

Whether you’re working with us on a one-time push or a long-term Play Pro campaign, these principles help us stay aligned and focused on what matters most: your growth as an artist.

1. Our Expectations of Clients

We ask all artists and teams who work with us to uphold the following values:

• Respect: Treat our team and process with the same respect and care we bring to your campaign.
• Kindness & Patience: We are real people behind the scenes, investing our time, energy, and creativity into making your music heard. We ask that all communication be courteous and professional, even when troubleshooting or seeking clarity.
• Professionalism: Clear, respectful communication is the foundation of a successful working relationship. We do not tolerate aggressive language, profanity, or disrespect in any form.
• Transparency: Be honest with us about your current numbers, past campaigns, and other promotional efforts (including any services that may have involved fake streams or bots). Full honesty helps us create the right strategy for you — and protect your account from harm.

We’re here to help you succeed, and that starts with mutual trust.

2. Communication & Consultations

We offer free consultations as part of our commitment to artist development. These sessions are booked by appointment, and we ask that you:

• Arrive on time and prepared with questions, goals, or materials
• Respect your scheduled window, as missed or late consultations impact other artists waiting for support
• Communicate clearly if you need to reschedule — we’re happy to accommodate when given proper notice

We value your time — and we ask that you value ours in return. Every slot you miss could have been an opportunity for another artist to receive help.

3. Timelines & Campaign Delivery

All timelines for campaign progress are estimates, not guarantees. Our standard projections are listed on our website by package tier, but actual timelines may vary based on:

• The quality and production of your music
• Your existing fanbase or follower count
• Your genre and how it performs with current trends
• Spotify algorithm engagement and real-time performance
• Market saturation or competition

Some campaigns may show strong traction in 2–3 weeks, while others may require 6–8 weeks for full impact. We evaluate every campaign with care and adjust strategies as needed.

4. Feedback & Collaboration

We love hearing from our artists — during the campaign and once it wraps. Your feedback is always welcomed and appreciated. Here’s how we approach client collaboration:

• Check-ins: If you’d like an update or to share how things are going on your end, you’re always encouraged to reach out
• Post-Campaign Review: We’re happy to debrief your campaign results and discuss what’s next
• Testimonials: If you’re thrilled with your results and wish to be featured on our platform, we’d be honored to share your story — with your explicit permission, of course

Your voice helps us improve, refine our work, and celebrate artist success.

5. Grounds for Termination

We work hard to maintain a safe and respectful space for artists and our team. Grounds for immediate termination of a working relationship include, but are not limited to:

• Harassment, bullying, or verbal abuse
• Use of profanity, threats, or hostile communication
• Missed payments or chargebacks without notice
• Submitting knowingly false data or fraudulent Spotify metrics
• Purchasing fake streams, bot campaigns, or artificial plays from third parties while enrolled in our program
• Any action that jeopardizes the integrity of our brand or the artist community we serve

If any of the above occurs, we reserve the right to terminate the campaign without refund. Our goal is to protect the energy and integrity of our team — and the artists we work with.
