Whether you’re just starting your journey or scaling your music career, our mission is simple: to amplify your voice, grow your audience, and make your music heard. We believe in transparency, integrity, and putting artists first in everything we do. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By engaging with The Anchored Agency, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Services We Provide
1.1 Campaign-Based Marketing
We provide curated music marketing campaigns that organically increase visibility on Spotify. Artists may be considered for playlist placement or offered a promotional strategy tailored to their genre and audience goals.
1.2 Service Options
• Pay and Play: A one-time campaign that provides a focused promotional push with no ongoing obligation.
• Play Pro: A recurring monthly campaign that supports sustained growth, including the ability to promote new singles as they’re released.
1.3 No Account Required
You do not need to create an account to access our services. Campaigns are purchased directly through our website or in coordination with our team.
2. Payments and Billing
2.1 Accepted Methods
We accept credit and debit cards (processed securely via Stripe), as well as alternative options like Zelle and Venmo. Credit card payments are preferred for tracking and protection purposes.
2.2 Campaign Launch Timeline
Most campaigns begin within 48 hours of confirmed purchase. A confirmation email will be sent to notify you when your campaign is officially active.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
3.1 Refund Policy
• Full refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase, provided your campaign has not yet launched.
• Once you receive a campaign launch confirmation email, the campaign is considered active and non-refundable.
• Mistakes in submitted links or track information cannot be corrected retroactively once a campaign has launched.
3.2 Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations within 24 hours of purchase and before campaign launch are eligible for a 100% refund or full campaign credit.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled launch may be eligible for a 70% refund, with a 30% processing and setup fee withheld.
• No cancellations or refunds will be honored once the campaign has officially begun.
3.3 Consultation Recommendation
If you’re unsure which song or strategy to pursue, we encourage you to schedule a free consultation before booking your campaign.
4. Ownership and Content Rights
4.1 Client Ownership
You retain 100% ownership of your music, branding, content, and royalties. The Anchored Agency does not claim rights to your assets and will not use or distribute them outside the scope of your campaign.
4.2 Usage for Campaign Execution
By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your materials for the sole purpose of fulfilling your campaign. This may include playlist placements, advertisements, social media graphics, and similar tools to market your music.
5. Results Disclaimer
5.1 No Guaranteed Streams
Due to the organic nature of our campaigns, we do not guarantee a specific number of streams, followers, or engagements. Performance varies based on multiple factors, including genre, market trends, and listener response.
5.2 Estimated Results
Any numbers or past campaign results shared with you are estimates based on historical data, not promises of future performance.
6. Limitation of Liability
o the maximum extent permitted by law, The Anchored Agency LLC is not liable for:
• Losses related to revenue, royalties, or brand performance
• User-submitted errors such as incorrect links or metadata
• Platform-related changes (e.g., Spotify algorithm updates or playlist
policy shifts)
Our services are offered “as-is,” without warranty of outcome.
7. Third-Party Services
We utilize trusted third-party platforms to facilitate parts of our service, including:
• Stripe – for secure payment processing
• Spotify – for campaign targeting and performance tracking
• Zelle and Venmo – for direct alternative payments (client-initiated)
We do not control third-party systems and are not responsible for outages, technical errors, or processing delays on their platforms
8. Modifications to Terms and Services
The Anchored Agency reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page and will be effective immediately upon publication. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, where The Anchored Agency LLC is registered. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the laws of this jurisdiction.
